Become a Senior Developer

While technical excellence is a must to become a Senior Developer, there are several other aspects of the role, such as Leadership, Communication and Task Management that often are overlooked. An inability to demonstrate these skills in your work and profile can mean either:

• Not getting promoted to Senior Level, or
• Not excelling in the role, if you do manage to obtain it
